Where to find your team
Open Settings and go to Team. There you will see current members and pending invitations.
How to invite someone
You can invite new people directly by email from the Team area.
Important: the invited person must already have an account. After accepting the invitation, they will gain access to the business.
- Tap Invite team members.
- Enter the person's email address.
- Tap Send invitation.
Manage pending invitations
Invitations that have not yet been accepted stay visible as pending invites.
- You can see which email address received the invite.
- Wone also shows the expiration date of the invitation.
- If needed, you can resend an invitation.
- If it is no longer needed, you can remove it.
Roles and permissions
Not every team member can manage the team.
- Owners and admins can edit team members and invitations.
- Members without those rights can see the overview but cannot change the team.

- Only invite people who really need access to the business.
- Review pending invitations regularly and remove old entries.
- Use a separate account for each team member instead of shared logins.

Check the email address first, then the spam folder. If needed, resend the invitation.
