Where to find working hours
Open Settings -> Working hours. This is where you control which days and times clients can book.
Set days and times
The first step is always your base availability.
- Enable the weekdays on which you work.
- Set a start and end time for each day, for example 09:00 to 18:00.
- Only save a day as active if appointments should really be possible on that day.
Use multiple time blocks per day
If you do not work continuously, you can set multiple time windows on the same day.
- Add an extra block if you work in the morning and again in the afternoon.
- This is useful for lunch breaks or fixed interruptions during the day.
- Time blocks must not overlap.
Advance booking and calendar range
Working hours also let you control how far ahead clients can book.
- Choose how many weeks in advance appointments should be visible.
- This helps you control how far your calendar is opened.
Add blocked times
Use Blocked times if you want to exclude certain days or time spans from booking.
- Add vacations, days off, or internal blocked periods.
- No appointments will be shown during blocked times.
- This is usually cleaner than constantly changing your normal weekly schedule.
Best practices
- Start with your normal weekly schedule and add exceptions afterward.
- Keep times realistic so services can fit into the available window.
- Use multiple blocks instead of saving unrealistically long opening hours.
- After changes, check the booking website to confirm that time slots appear correctly.
Frequently asked questions
Why do I not see any slots?
Usually working hours are missing, a day is not active, blocked times are in effect, or a service does not fit into the available time range.
Can I use different times for each day?
Yes. Every weekday can have its own times and even multiple separate time blocks.
What are blocked times for?
They are meant for vacations, days off, one-off events, or any time when bookings should not be possible.
