2. Scope
These Terms of Service govern the use of the Wone platform ("Wone", "we", "us"). They apply to the use of our website, web app, mobile app, and booking-related online features.
3. Services
Wone is a software-as-a-service platform for online appointment booking, booking websites, client and team management, calendar, service, and workspace features, and other related digital services. The exact scope depends on the current offering, the selected product or subscription tier, and the currently available version of the application.
4. Registration and account
Certain features require an account. You are responsible for the accuracy of your information and for keeping your access credentials secure.
5. Pricing and subscriptions
Where Wone offers paid services, subscriptions, or in-app purchases, pricing, billing periods, and included features are defined by the current pricing page, checkout flow, or in-app offer. Subscriptions may renew automatically unless canceled in time before the end of the current term.
Prices for consumers include applicable VAT where legally required. Prices for business customers are exclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise.
6. Billing, cancellation, and refunds
Depending on the product and platform, payments may be processed through payment providers, app stores, or other billing channels used by us. Cancellations generally take effect at the end of the current billing period unless otherwise stated in the offer. Refunds are governed by applicable law and, where relevant, by the policies of the payment provider or app store.
7. Withdrawal rights for consumers
For digital services, the statutory right of withdrawal may expire if you explicitly agree that performance begins before the withdrawal period ends and you confirm that you lose the right of withdrawal in such a case, to the extent legally permitted.
8. Price changes
We may update pricing. Any changes will be announced in advance and apply from the next billing period.
9. User obligations
You may only use the platform in compliance with applicable law. You are responsible for the content and data you upload, store, or process through Wone.
10. Availability and support
We aim for high availability. However, no specific uptime level or SLA is promised unless agreed separately. Support is generally provided by email on business days.
11. Liability
We are fully liable for intent and gross negligence. In cases of slight negligence, we are only liable for breaches of essential contractual obligations and only for foreseeable and typical damages. Liability for lost profits is excluded to the extent permitted by law.

13. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms of Service. Changes will be announced in advance. Continued use after the effective date means the updated version applies.
14. Final provisions
German law applies. For business customers, the place of jurisdiction is the registered seat of Wone.
