How to set up online booking in Wone

Learn how to set up online booking in Wone step by step, from account creation to working hours, services, and your booking website.

This guide takes you from opening the app for the first time to publishing your booking website. After that, clients can see what you offer, when you are available, and how they can book online.

Quick summary

  • Create an account or sign in
  • Verify your email address
  • Complete onboarding
  • Set up working hours
  • Create services
  • Activate and share your booking website

Step 1: Create an account or sign in

On the start screen you have two paths: Create account for new users or I already have an account for existing users.

  • New users can sign up with email and password or with Google.
  • Existing users can log in with their current credentials.
  • If your account has not been verified yet, the app will automatically guide you to the next step.

Step 2: Verify your email address

After registration, Wone shows a Verify your email screen. Full access is unlocked after verification.

  • Open the verification email.
  • Click the link inside the message.
  • Check your spam folder if nothing arrives.
  • Use Resend email if needed.

Step 3: Complete onboarding

The app then guides you through the core setup for your account and your business.

For your booking website link, choose something short, memorable, and clearly connected to your business.

  • Enter your name.
  • Choose whether you want to create a business or join an existing team.
  • Set the name of your business.
  • Select the right industry.
  • Define the link for your booking website.
  • Save the correct time zone.
  • Optionally allow notifications for new bookings and cancellations.

Step 4: Go to settings

After onboarding, the app opens the main areas: Home, Appointments, Clients, and Settings.

For the rest of the setup, Settings matters most. In the Setup section you will find the next three steps.

  • Working hours
  • Services
  • Booking website

Step 5: Set up working hours

Open Settings -> Working hours. This is where you define when clients are allowed to book.

  • Enable all working days.
  • Set start and end times for each day.
  • Add extra time blocks where needed.
  • Enter blocked periods such as vacation or days off.
  • Save your changes.

Step 6: Create your first services

Open Settings -> Services and create your first service.

A small set of clearly named services is usually a better start than offering too many variations at once.

  • Choose who provides the service.
  • Give it a clear name.
  • Add an optional description.
  • Set the duration, price, and maximum number of people.
  • Choose a color for the calendar view.
  • Keep the status on Active so the service is visible.

Step 7: Review and activate your booking website

Open Settings -> Booking website. There you can preview, edit, and publish your page.

If everything is not ready yet, keep the page on Offline for now. Switch to Active when the setup is complete.

  • Open the preview and review your page.
  • Copy your booking link.
  • Use Customize booking website to edit content and design.
  • Add your imprint and privacy details.
  • Choose the right status: Active, Password, or Offline.

Step 8: Test and share

Before you publish the link everywhere, test the booking flow once yourself.

  • Open the booking website on mobile and desktop.
  • Check whether services, times, and texts appear correctly.
  • Share the link afterward through Instagram, WhatsApp, your website, or a QR code.
